Site & Soil Report: Land Launch Assessment

$397.00

A property with resilient soils that makes its own fertility allows the owner to discontinue the use of expensive, unhealthy, environmentally intensive fertilizers subject to global economic vulnerabilities. Building your own soil with the right soil biology for your region and property is the absolute best case scenario for all land owners. That is what this report is for.

You send photos, your location, a soil test and what you currently spend on inputs. I read the land and write back what your property already has to work with, what you are importing that you need not, and what I would build on it first.

Our work is rarely just spawn and substrate. Depending on the site it is earthworks that hold water long enough for biology to function, plants grown for their biomass rather than their crop (sorghum, hemp etc.), mulch specified for its use-case rather than whatever was delivered, compost and extracts made on site, biochar made from what is standing dead and charged before it goes out on your fields, mycorrhizal inoculum, and cultures captured from ground you already own rather than bought in from sea level. Which of those apply to you is exactly what this report helps us to decide.

What you get

- The site read. Elevation, slope, aspect, water movement, climate and vegetation, written as conclusions rather than a data dump.

- Soil chemistry and the soil food web read together. Your lab panel interpreted for what is actually limiting, alongside bacterial and fungal biomass, the fungi to bacteria ratio, protozoa and the three nematode groups, each set against the target range for your vegetation type.

- Whether this is a fit, and what should happen first if it is not.

- An input page. What you are importing now and what it costs you, against what the site can produce instead and over how long.

- Three to five projects in order of return, each sized to your acreage, with a cost range and the bought inputs it resolves.

- A season by season sequence, with what you should be able to see at ninety days, one season and two seasons, and how to measure it.

- What not to do on your site specifically.

Plus a 30-minute call to go through it once you have read it.

What I need from you

- The site card from the free Land Launch kit, or the same answers

- Your property address or coordinates

- Fifteen to twenty photos and a phone video walking the property

- A soil test from any agricultural lab, taken within the last twelve months. A biology assessment as well if you have one. If you have neither, I will tell you which tests to order and from where before you spend anything on them.

- What you spent on fertilizer, amendments, hay, seed and freight over the last year or two. Rough is fine. The input page is built from it.

- Any survey, site plan, septic or stormwater paperwork you already hold

How it works

You buy the report, then a confirmation email sends you to mycotexbiotech.com/land-intake to upload your photos, video and test results. Within 10 business days you receive your report back and we book our 30-minute call.

Terms

Delivered within ten business days of a complete intake. The full price credits toward a Land Launch design engagement booked within ninety days.

Based on the information you supply as well as public soil and climate data. No site visit, survey or independent sampling is included. Cost figures are planning ranges, not quotes. Nothing here is engineering, legal, environmental compliance or financial advice, and it does not replace permits or approvals. Biological outcomes depend on weather, execution and maintenance.
