I’m Josh Googins, founder of MycoTex Biotech and Fallen Oak Mycology, with 15+ years of hands-on experience building systems used in farms, production environments, and labs. Through Fallen Oak, I’ve operated at scale and supported regenerative projects across Texas, including distributing over 100 tons of spent mushroom substrate to improve soil health and yields.
