Requires Odoo 19 Enterprise with Studio, on the Odoo Online Custom plan, Odoo.sh, or self-hosted. Odoo Online’s lower plans do not include Studio and cannot run this module.
First, what this is built on. An ERP is one program that tracks what your business makes, buys, holds and sells, instead of a pile of spreadsheets that disagree with each other. Odoo is the ERP this runs on. It opens in a browser, there is nothing to install, and you switch on only the apps you need. The point of running one is that a number entered once becomes a number everywhere: harvest a batch and your stock on hand, your cost of goods and what you can promise a customer all move together.
What we add. Odoo out of the box knows how to manufacture things. It does not know what a grain spawn is. This module is the configuration that turns a generic manufacturing system into a mushroom farm system, taken from a working commercial facility and documented so you can install it yourself.
Every lot carries its own lineage, from plate to G1 to G2 to grain to substrate to fruiting block. Lots name themselves as BO/FB-0001 instead of 0000001. Yield estimates itself. Contamination counts itself from your scrap moves. GS1-128 and voice-pick codes generate for anyone selling into grocery or distribution.
When a restaurant calls about a bad case, you find the lot, and the lot tells you which substrate batch made it, which grain made that, what temperature it was cooked at and who made it. That is a recall you answer in two minutes instead of two days.
Included: the module, a 15-page setup and user manual written for people who have never used Odoo, a printable lot code key for the production floor, and a 60-minute setup and orientation call.
What it is not: a finished system. The species, stages and sequences that ship with it are ours — Part 6 of the manual walks you through replacing them with yours, about an hour. It is also not Odoo itself, which you buy separately from Odoo.
