Farm Launch™ is my structured consulting pathway to take a mushroom project from idea to a realistic, buildable plan.
It’s built for:
• New farms scaling up to 1,000–20,000 lbs/week
• Existing farms fixing contamination, workflow, or margin issues
• Investors backing mushroom projects who need a technical adult in the room
Step 1 – Discovery Call (Free, 15 minutes)
A quick call to understand your goals, location, timeline, and rough budget. We’ll decide together if Farm Launch is a fit.
Step 2 – 21-Day Feasibility Phase ($5,000)
A fixed-scope, 21-day engagement that results in a Feasibility Report covering:
– Output goals & production model options
– Facility footprint & conceptual layout
– Infrastructure & equipment envelope
– Budget and timeline ranges
– Food-safety & export/import considerations
– Key risks, constraints, and recommendations
Step 3 – Buildout & Launch (Phase 2, custom)
If the feasibility looks good, we move into detailed design and launch support. This can be hourly, a monthly retainer, or a scoped project fee depending on how hands-on you want me.
Step 4 – Ongoing Support (Optional)
Once you’re live, I can stay on as a remote advisor to help troubleshoot, optimize, and scale.
