I’m Josh Googins, founder of Fallen Oak Mycology and MycoTex Biotech. Over the last 18+ years I’ve worked across mushroom cultivation, regenerative agriculture, and therapeutic research, building systems that are actually used on farms, in restaurants, and in labs.
